Mike,

Ultimately , it’s your decision however the conditions forecast for tomorrow at Sakonnet are seas 2-3 ' with 5-9  knots of wind.
If you’re comfortable in those conditions doing rock gardening and surfing feel free to join.
If you are planning just to hang out while the rest engage you will have to be in our line of sight at all times.
Let me know what you think.

Jon

The posted conditions are, as of now,
" Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming S 5 to 8 kt in the afternoon. Patchy fog before 9am. Seas around 2 ft.
But  I am careful and will take a close look at conditions.   I know that listed 2 ft seas are the significant sea height and not what can be experienced.   I certainly don't want the group to feel uncomfortable with me in the group, and will abide to group decisions.  I respect the judgement of many of you that I have paddled with for over 23 years.

AM Update: decided to not attend.
